The hmt is one of Europe’s most popular training institutions.

Around 500 students from 42 countries are studying here. In the heart in the center of Rostock it is situated in restored St.-Catherines-monastery. Among the courses of studies are bachelor and master degrees in music including instrumental and vocal arts, music education and drama. Europe-in-C is taking place in the Institute of musicology and music education, featuring students who will become music-teachers.
